These Group Use Guidelines are designed to enhance the group's experience at Blue Sky Meadow and preserve this pristine site. These guidelines must be made known to all group participants prior to arrival at Blue Sky Meadow. The Group Leader and other group members designated as supervisors are responsible for the enforcement of the policies and guidelines contained in this document (numbers 1-11) and all fire and safety rules and regulations provided by Blue Sky Meadow's representative. 1. Preparation In preparation for the group's event, the Group Leader must collect the following written information on each participant: Name, address, emergency contact name and number, any known allergies or health conditions, and signed permission to obtain emergency treatment. The Group Leader must have this information in his/her possession at the Facility during the group's stay at Blue Sky Meadow. 2. Arrival The group should arrive at the planned time. If unavoidable delays are experienced, please call ahead to (909) 585-7225 to advise Blue Sky Meadow staff. Note that cell phone service may not be available beyond densely populated areas. Cell phone service is often not available on Highway 38 beyond Yucaipa, and there is no cell phone service at Blue Sky Meadow. To avoid unnecessary delays, follow the map provided to the Group Leader. 3. Departure from Blue Sky Meadow The group must be prepared to depart as scheduled. Delayed departures affect operations and may affect other groups. 4. Orientation
All group participants must attend an orientation covering important information including the following: 5. First Aid and Medical Services Group participants will receive all first aid, medical supplies, and medical services including the storing and dispensing of any medicines from their own Group Leader and/or other designated group members. User groups are responsible for attending to any medical needs of group participants, including the storing and dispensing of any medicines needed during the Group's stay. Blue Sky Meadow assumes no responsibility for medical services and does not provide medical personnel or services. 6. Conservation and Safety To protect and preserve our natural resources, Blue Sky Meadow requires participants to remain within the boundaries of the area that has been permitted for group use. Areas that have been identified as off-limits must not be entered. In addition, participants must comply with time limits on showers and dispose of aluminum, glass, paper and batteries in the designated receptacles for disposal or recycling. Participants must follow all fire and safety rules and regulations, including but not limited to the following:

a. Smoking is not permitted at Blue Sky Meadow. 8. Accommodations Participants may sleep only in the buildings and areas assigned by Blue Sky Meadow's representative and must not use non-assigned buildings and areas. Tents and camping trailers may be set up and used by Group only if the Group receives the Foundation's approval well in advance of the Group's arrival at Blue Sky Meadow. If such approval is given, set up and use shall be in locations approved by Facility representative. The kitchen is off-limits to user groups. 9. Condition of the Facility The Group must leave the facility as clean and orderly upon departure as it was upon arrival. The Group is responsible for compensating Blue Sky Meadow for any damage, graffiti, vandalism, or breakage beyond normal wear and tear. 10. Contact Information Cellular phone service is not available at Blue Sky Meadow. The site's phone is available for emergency incoming and outgoing calls. Group participants may use the phone only for emergency outgoing calls. Such calls must be charged to a telephone company charge card or be placed as collect calls. The Group is responsible for any unauthorized phone charges during the Group Use period. 11. Personal Property Blue Sky Meadow is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Participants should not bring money, jewelry, knives and other valuables to the site. Also, participants should not bring gum or candy to Blue Sky Meadow. Participants should bring the following items to Blue Sky Meadow:

a. Flashlight Blue Sky Meadow is a pristine site with a combination of forest, meadow, and pond habitats. It provides unique opportunities for groups that are committed to the stewardship of natural and human resources. We hope that your group has an enjoyable stay at Blue Sky Meadow.
